Tidak seperti resep masakan mie aceh yang menggunakan bahan utama mie basah, resep mie kocok Bandung yang akan kita buat kali ini lebih praktis karena bisa menggunakan bahan mie telor yang dengan mudah bisa kita dapatkan di toko toko sekitar rumah. Untuk pengolahannya sih sama, tinggal direbus sampai empuk kemudian disiram dengan air matang supaya proses pemasakannya berhenti dan mienya tidak lembek dan terlalu mengembang besar. Pemilihan kikil sapi yang digunakan harus benar benar diperhatikan. Gunakan bahan yang segar dengan ciri warnanya putih susu dengan aroma khas sapi. Tingkat kekenyalan juga normal, jangan membeli kikil yang teksturnya sudah keras karena biasanya sudah lama dan tidak segar lagi.

- Bawang merah ukuran sedang besar kurang lebih sebanyak 6 siung saja. Kupas bawang merahnya lalu potong potong supaya mudah dihaluskan (bumbu halus).

Bahan utama yang dibutuhkan adalah kikil sapi kualitas bagus kurang lebih sebanyak 500 gram. Bisa juga dicampur dengan daging tetelan supaya kuahnya lebih kental dan gurih.
- Garam dapur beryodium secukupnya atau kurang lebih sebanyak 1 sendok kecil saja.
- Lada halus atau bubuk secukupnya sesuai selera atau kurang lebih sebanyak 0.5 sendok kecil.
- Airbersih untuk merebus dan membuat kuah kaldunya secukupnya atau kurang lebih sebanyak 2 liter sampai 2.5 liter.
- Bahan Pelengkap : Pentol bakso secukupnya, Sambal rawit rebus buat yang suka pedas, irisan daun bawang, perasan jeruk nipis, tauge rebus, potongan tomat segar dan taburan bawang goreng.
Cara Membuat Mie Kocok Bandung Enak, Lezat dan Mudah
Langkah pertama rebus mie telor yang akan digunakan sampai matang kemudian tiriskan dan siram dengan air dingin supaya proses pemanasan mienya berhenti dan mienya tidak lembek.
